These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HospiCore PMS ("the Service"), a hotel and property management application provided by SineWave Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HospiCore PMS is a subscription-based software application for managing reservations, folios, finances, reporting, staff roles, maintenance, housekeeping and inventory for hotels and similar properties, available on Windows, Android and the web.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the property you register.
The Service is provided on a paid monthly subscription, priced by the number of rooms in your property. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.
Where a free first month or other promotional offer is provided, it applies once per customer unless stated otherwise, and standard charges apply after the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorised means, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (guest records, financial entries, images and similar). You grant us the limited right to process and store this data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by SineWave Solutions and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SineWave Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
